Our Category 1 services maintain a 1:4-5 staff-to-participant ratio, designed for individuals who are active, mobile, and require only minimal assistance and supervision. Participants should be able to manage personal care independently, including using the toilet, showering, and other self-care tasks. Additionally, they should be able to walk independently at a steady pace and demonstrate strong communication and social skills to engage comfortably with others during the service.
Our Category 2 services provide a 1:3 staff-to-participant ratio, ideal for individuals who prefer a moderate-paced service with minimal to low assistance. Participants should be mobile and capable of managing personal care tasks, such as toileting and showering, either independently or with minimal help. They should also be able to walk independently and be comfortable participating in social activities and public outings.
Our Category 3 services feature a 1:2 staff-to-participant ratio, suited for individuals who prefer a slower-paced experience. Participants should be mobile, able to manage toileting independently, and may require some assistance with personal care. They should be able to walk independently or with minimal support, and they should feel comfortable socializing and joining in public outing.

At Hope4AllCare, our tours are supervised by qualified and experienced staff who specialize in caring for individuals with intellectual disabilities during supported community activities and respite. Our team members hold First Aid certifications, have undergone police checks, NDIS worker screening checks, and public passenger authority checks.
We offer three service categories based on participants’ care needs:
- Category 1: 1:4-5 staff-to-participant ratio
- Category 2: 1:3 staff-to-participant ratio
- Category 3: 1:2 staff-to-participant ratio
If a higher level of care is required, we will provide a tailored quote to accommodate these needs.
Please note that Hope4AllCare does not currently provide services for individuals with aggressive, challenging, violent, or self-injurious behaviors, nor do we offer full assistance or wheelchair-specific services.
Hope4AllCare’s tours are designed to be fully inclusive, covering accommodation, meals, entrance fees, sightseeing, travel expenses, and the support of our dedicated staff throughout the service. We can also arrange services tailored to the specific requests of certain groups.
The following are not included in our service costs:
- Personal items such as phone calls, excess baggage, or any unexpected/forgotten items
- Single-use room accommodations
- Personal spending money
- Repairs or replacements for damaged property
- Medical or surgical supplies (except for basic first aid items)
- Additional venues or activities not included in the itinerary
- Travel insurance
- Overnight and transfer expenses to and from departure points (these are the customer’s responsibility)
If participants require staff assistance with administering medication, medications must be provided in Webster packs, along with a signed authorization form for Hope4AllCare staff to administer them. We recommend packing an extra three days’ worth of medication to accommodate any unforeseen delays.
We typically arrange accommodations in holiday houses, villas, or apartments, with twin-share bedding. Specific arrangements may vary depending on the service.
