Booking conditions

At Hope4All Care and Support Services, we prioritize the safety and satisfaction of our participants. Our service is backed by a comprehensive public liability insurance policy worth $20 million, although we do not take responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage to participants’ personal belongings. To ensure a smooth experience for all, we recommend that participants also have personal travel insurance.

Please be punctual for scheduled pick-up and drop-off times at designated meeting points, as our services operate on a strict timetable. In cases where multiple participants are being transferred, delays may disrupt subsequent schedules. If you fail to arrive at the meeting point on time on the day of departure, we may have to proceed without you. If you are late for pick-up upon return, you will incur a $70 per hour fee after the last scheduled drop-off. If unforeseen circumstances, such as traffic or delays, arise, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss potential alternative arrangements, though these cannot always be guaranteed

The service fees do not cover:

  • Personal expenses such phone calls or unexpected purchases.
  • Costs associated with repairs or replacements for damaged items.
  • Medical expenses, except for basic first aid.
  • Travel insurance.
  • Accommodation or transportation expenses to departure points.
  • 1-28 days before service commencement: 100% cancellation fee.
  • 29 days or more: Loss of deposit. If we can replace your booking with another participant, a full refund will be provided, except for any charges related to name changes on travel tickets, such as airfares or cruise tickets.

Hope4All Care reserves the right to discontinue service to any participant whose behavior affects the smooth operation of our services or poses risks to themselves, other participants, or staff. If a participant must leave a service due to behavioral or medical reasons, the associated return costs will be the responsibility of the participant, and their support person must arrange for pickup.
